We stayed in the new wing and the rooms are modern and well appointed. Great views from the upper floors. The common areas are very spacious and attractive. Good gym and pool. Nearby Owl Market is a lovely local experience for shopping and food. Well located for travellers driving north. Good cafe across the road thru the used car yard, The COCO - Cafe & Homemade Bakery.. Short taxi drive or 2 stops on the Sky Train to the ferry which goes to the city and is scenic.

The staff were great - very professional, helpful and friendly. One young lady in the restaurant remembered my request for a knife at breakfast on the first morning and made sure that one was supplied to me as soon as I entered the breakfast room on subsequent days. This attention to detail was very much appreciated. The close proximity of the hotel to the train line was very useful.

The lobby, interior design is very appealing, the rooms are well decorated but only the grand deluxe and up, stunning views. Polite and helpful staffs.

This hotel is definitely Grand, the lobby is fantastic, luxurious and at the same time comfortable and cosy. The room was very comfortable and quite large; well equipped and very comfortable. So was the bathroom. Whilst one can tell that the hotel is of a slightly older generation, there was never a feeling of shabbyness, on the contrary. We would have loved to stay longer. The breakfast buffet was a dream, very elaborate with both local AND extensive Western cuisine, simply Grand.

I like that the hotel is located next to a MRT station and Big C supermarket thou it was not within the busy and famous Bangkok city. It was quiet at night and convenient for traveller who prefer to travel to north east side of Thailand.

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean and fabulous decorated hotel, great room service and facilities, restaurant dinner great choice and lovely food. Great value for money!
